I am beyond happy with my first car purchase Danielle was my sales person. I am still in shock by the great service I received at Rotolo Chevrolet. My dad went with me since it was my first car purchase and we both had our guard up, throughout the whole process I was waiting for the pushy sales pitch and it just did not happen! I was dumb founded ! I was getting a GREAT price a GREAT interest I figured something would go wrong with the Financial Manager but no!!Angelica was also a very very nice person not pushy at all. Overall I am beyond happy with my sales person Danielle she gave me the best price the best service Don't think about just get in contact with her. More
I called Rotolo Chevrolet in part dealer close to home, and our car needing a new transmission and was not in good running order. From the moment of my call and in speaking with Ray(New Car Sales) very pl and our car needing a new transmission and was not in good running order. From the moment of my call and in speaking with Ray(New Car Sales) very pleasant person with an excellent customer service attitude. Answered all my questions and feeling good about his answers! He didn't ask us to bring anything like proof of income, etc. Just to go in and speak with him. In the meantime, I had called a toyota dealership and rightaway they asked as to take proof of income, 10 personal references, utility bill, and they didn't even know if they could actually help obtain a car! When in to speak with Ray,but he was not in as yet that day. However, rightaway there were other salesmen that were ready to help us. But I stated no and that we would return and speak with Ray. Returned to Rotolo and Ray was there. We mentioned to him that we had gone in earlier but that he wasn't in as yet. He was so,so appreciative for us returning to see him! He asked us what kind of car we were looking for. And told maybe a Malibu or a Cruze. He did not have anymore Malibu's but asked us if we wanted to see the Cruze. We stated yes. He then asked us if we had any particular color in mind. We stated red or green. And guess what he had a green color Cruze. He began telling and showing the car, and asked if we wanted to take a spin in it. We stated yes. Then I asked don't you want to find out first if we even qualify for a new car? He then stated that we would worry about that later. All he wanted to know if we liked the car? We stated, we liked the car alot! All in in all during all this we did not feel feel pressured. He then asked if O.K. to rate our old car and proceeded to take us in the dealership and asked if we wanted something to drink. We will take some water. He went out to rate the car, and then took the value of the car to his Manager. Ray then came back and began to fill out some paperwork for a new car. And still not asking for anything from us. Then as a surprise began to tell as what the amount of monthly payment might be even before checking on our credit! And if we could afford this payment. We stated yes! Still we were not being pressured or stressed! He took the paperwork to his manager and Ray stated to us that his manager(Lorenzo) would run the credit and come out tell us if he felt he could finance us even then though we had poor credit. And in the meantime Ray was holding a very pleasant conversation with us like if he knew us prior to speaking with him on the telephone. Really made you feel that he cared and not pressuring us at all! Lorenzo(General Manager) returned and asked us a few questions, and showed us the figures he had come up with. And stated that in order for us to have a payment more or less like we were asking for we needed to put down $1,500. We stated all we could put down was the old car! Lorenzo then asked us, "What amount can we put down?" I then stated I wanted to think about this a little more! Lorenzo stated more or less give me a true number of what you can feel comfortable with. I then stated, "$600." Lorenzo then stated, "This will do, and I will still keep the payment like you wanted! At this moment, my fiance and I could not believe that we were actually going home with a new car. Not at all what we expected. Ray then took us to the Finance Department were we met Armando Rojo, Finance Manager. Again, excellent custome service and attitude and even going out of his way to explain to us all the documents we were signing and what they were for! At this time is when we were asked to take in certain documents, but only untill this time. I couldn't believe it! My fiance is disabled partially on left side so he needs a knob on the steering wheel to drive. Ray removed it from our old car and put it in himself. And since we didn't have our checkbook with us and needed documents Ray followed us home so that we could obtain all this, and showed my fiance and myself about everything on the new car that we needed to know. Overall, both my fiance and myself were very happy and satisfied customers! The only experience in buying a car that we could actually say that we were not pressured and stressed in doing this type of transaction! Lilia Cardona: First contact was via email following up my request for quote through AAA. Offered to pick me up at my residence if travel distance was too much of a drive. Met her at dealership. Personally brought up two different colors of same vehicle for comparison. Responded knowledgeably to my questions and demonstrated features. Provided a test drive. Completed negotiations and basic paperwork then recommended I return later as she needed to find a driver to retrieve my selection from another dealership. When no driver was available Lilia personally drove to a Hemet dealership to get my car and called me upon her return. Met me outside and left me with Angelica Cardona to complete the myriad of additional paperwork. Then introduced me to customer service representative who explained the features of OnStar and who also assisted in the set up. That done, Lilia returned and explained the various interior features and how they worked then congratulated and thanked me and sent me off with a smile! I was extremely impressed my her willingness to spend as much time with me as it took, filling in the wait time with exchanges of personal chatter and non-invasive questions about my lifestyle. Rotolo is fortunate to have in Lilia a dedicated, go the extra mile, customer oriented member of their Internet sales team. Angelica Cardona: Like Lilia, very pleasant and conversant. Lilia was extremely fast in answering my emails. She got all the paperwork ready to do so that by the time I got there, it did not take very long at all to complete the transaction. I went to rotolo chevrolet to see if there was a car i would like to drive off the lot in. That is when i found josh he helped me find a car i liked without the pressure you find at other dealerships he e would like to drive off the lot in. I worked with Danielle York for several months regarding purchasing a new Camaro. The experience was wonderful. She was always available, answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.
