After spending days researching different cars, I chose the Volt. I spoke with Thelma over the phone, and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She was very helpful, and I knew I had to drive the 45 miles to Rotolo to buy my new Volt! The thought of buying a car with two young boys was anything but copacetic! Upon arriving at Rotolo my family and I were met by Thelma and Evey, who were very accommodating! I was beyond pleased to see the car's I had requested, down to the color, were ready for us to look over and test drive! Evey and Thelma were determined to get me the car I wanted at a price that fit my pocketbook! Jim helped us with the paperwork, and made sure he went over it thoroughly. Still waiting on the car that was supposed to arrive to the dealership for me (it's been 18 days). Luckily, I was referred to Rotolo Chevrolet to see Sal Mercado, to help me with the major purchase of an Electric Vehicle (the first of a kind in my lifetime). Sal was absolutely the dream salesperson. The care and thought he put into his customer service was something I have yet to've ever see--you can tell it's just embedded in his DNA. Not only is he genuinely one of the nicest individuals, but he took the time to walk me through all the questions I had regarding a fully Electric Vehicle--and offered an endless stream of situations I had yet to think of. When I was sold on the vehicle (the Chevy Spark EV), Sal was in constant communication with me until the color I desired arrived from another dealer (which arrived on the schedule I had requested). The car was pristinely cleaned, fully charged up, and Sal even picked me up at work in my vehicle since I didn't have a ride--I know, who does that any more!? Amazing. He also sat through every piece of technology in the car with me. Walked me through the screens, the OnStar options, etc, etc And the best part? Even after I left, and I had several questions in regard to information requested by my insurance provider, information for the HOV sticker, and for the state rebate, Sal was right there, responding to every message. I don't think I've ever dealt with a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. I will hold everyone to this standard from now on. And on top of that ... great price, great car! More

Sal Mercado was extremely helpful and made the experience painless. He went above and beyond my expectations and I will gladley refer him to my friends and family. Most of our business was conducted via email and phone calls prior to my visit, which due my time contrants, I really appreciate. By the time I was able physically go there to purchase the vehicle, he had the car already washed and ready to go All we needed to do was finalize the paperwork. I was in and out of there in less than two hours. Also, I wanted to mention that everyone at the dealership was extremly helpful, if I asked a random employee where something was, they actually took the time to walk me over there, rather than just point me in the direction, now that is great customer service. Even the guys in the part counter went above and beyond, one of them stayed late just to help me out. This is my second vehicle purchase from Rotolo, and I'm sure it will not be the last.
