She was an angel during the test drive and put up with me even though I am a new driver and first time car owner. She was patient and got the job done correctly answering any questions I had. She always answered my emails and calls promptly and professionally, bringing her huge personality to the table. You can tell she loves her job and has a passion for what shes doing. I purchased a car in Feb 2013 which was a wonderful experience; Danielle York was the salesperson and provided a GREAT buying experience. I recently had a manufacturer issue that wasn't getting resolved and I was very frustrated. I talked to Danielle and she got her GM, Mike Caposio involved. Together they did what GM could not or would not do. They are honest and trustworthy and I'll never buy another car from another dealer. If you wanted to be treated fairly and know that you're Dealership is being honest with you on ALL levels then your only choice is Rotolo Chevrolet! More

Sal turned a bad situation into a Good One! He is FANTASTIC On June 28, 2014 I had my 2014 Chevy Cruze stolen from my driveway! Wow! That was awful! As a result, it was found stripped a week later and declar On June 28, 2014 I had my 2014 Chevy Cruze stolen from my driveway! Wow! That was awful! As a result, it was found stripped a week later and declared a total loss. This was tragic as it was only 8 mos old and a great car! Sal helped us buy that car and it was a wonderful experience, he is knowledgeable, compassionate, and overall delightful to work with. So, having had that good experience with him, we came back to Rotolo to discuss replacing our Cruze. Sal provided us the BEST customer service any customer could ask for. We ended up buying two cars from Sal. A 2014 Camero and a 2014 Spark (for our daughter) We would have never done that any where else, but Sal made it pleasant and comfortable and we were able to achieve our goals. Car rentals, recall ignition switches, and Mr. Philips I would give this company 0/5 stars if possible but it is not an option. First off, was introduced to a rude service/parts employee for a recall ig I would give this company 0/5 stars if possible but it is not an option. First off, was introduced to a rude service/parts employee for a recall ignition switch by the name Mr Philips. He basically was trying to tell me how I should feel about the situation regarding my Saturn Ion in that I SHOULDN'T feel UNSAFE about the car unless it was "turning off" or making "noticeable sounds" from the ignition switch. I told him I feel UNSAFE and I DO NOT feel comfortable driving my baby boy in this car after the recall notice went out (and yeah I'm going to wait until that happens or maybe get killed finding out) . I also told him that the temperature gauge sometimes did not work and may need to be checked which I first declined because I had planned to go to PepBoys, a more trusted company. So after my first refusal of the analysis, this employee, Mr. Phillips, replies to me in a mocking/ sassy voice saying "Oh well you are so concerned about your ignition switch, yet you wont have us analyze your car to check the thermostat?" So I gave into the analysis and finally after a long conversation, Mr. Philips finally agrees to help me into a rental car. WOW, all that for a rental and a recall ignition switch, now I'm hooked into there $110 analysis which I know is just turning on a computer and reading the engine light code..... BUT.. I let it go and gave in. Also Mr. Philips went from telling me I had to park my "to be repaired car" at my house and not drive it until the parts arrive TO---okay well now that you are doing the analysis, we will keep your car here for only god knows how long. I thought this was so funny because he was so sure there was nowhere to keep my car for 5 weeks and out of his head BOOM! There is plenty of parking spaces. Rental picked up June 25th....told the car could take up to 5-6weeks to be repaired. I get a call July 8th while at work at a busy hospital. Its Mr. Philips again, in a kind gentle voice , "Your car is ready, the rental is due now (barely been 2 weeks) you can fix the thermostat for $325 total. I told him basically, I am going out of town that night for 4 days and cannot pick it up, also I need to get another quote somewhere else, so Mr. Philips says well that's okay, the rental was due today but if you still need it then you can keep it until your ready. A very brief conversation, since I am on-call in a surgery unit and getting calls from patients and doctors. After 4 days of being gone out of town and 2 days of 14 hour shifts each...... Mr. P calls me July 14, saying hello sir, just keeping tabs with you to tell you your car is still ready and we have been CHARGING your credit card since July 8th for the rental. AT THIS MOMENT, I rush on home early from an important meeting, throw on some gym clothes and try to return the rental telling Mr.Philips you must have MISSED OR NOT CLARIFIED ENOUGH that key point ABOUT CHARGING ME almost $300 for a rental, honestly a car that was sitting in my driveway the whole time I have been gone, and I work with doctors and surgeons, I USUALLY CAN pick up those KEY POINTS, I think I would have called my Grand ma ma in Newport Beach to pick up that bloody thing if I knew that". So we get into a long battle of words, mostly expelling from my frustration and long week of funeral/family and work only to come back to this horrible ordeal. It seemed at one point that Mr. Philips was more frustrated then me, saying lines like "Listen buddy! I told you everything! I noted it in my computer!", also "You decided to go have fun in Vegas and not handle the situation, don't blame me for your problems!" By this point I am already shocked and shaking because this man is basically calling me a liar and also (has no idea that I was at a funeral) I asked why for courtesy sake I was not called a couple days after or sent an email reminder, he replies again in his sassy/know it all voice, "there is no reason, I told you once, you messed up." By this point, I am done, this man will not help. So the result, Mr. Philip gives into taking off ONLY 2 days of car rental fees, And I wonder to myself, why take any days off at all if he was so sure about what he said. I am left with a bill of $319 for a job I thought was going to be free. So after I shut my mouth and walk over to pay, Mr. Philips attempts to redeem himself and display some human sympathy by saying " Please try and call Chevy USA and explain the situation, maybe they will send you a check." By this point I am already at boiling point. Where I work, customer service is EVERYTHING, this company could care less if I ever come back, this man became more frustrated then me and seemed to only make the situation worse. My thermostat was never repaired and $319 wasted. I looked online at their pre-owned inventory and saw a beautiful used Chevy Tahoe that we were very interested in. By word of mouth, I was referred to Tony Jones, I called ahead, spoke to him and told him about our interest in the vehicle I had seen online. When we arrived, he was waiting with keys in hand, and promptly took us to see and test drive the vehicle. It was beautiful, and drove like a dream....but after running the numbers, it was not going to work in the monthly budget. Tony quickly came back with an alternative plan...."How about a 2015?" We were shocked at first, thinking there was no way we would be able to afford the payment on a new vehicle. Tony took the time to have us both test drive the new vehicle, and then ran to his manager to get us a payment that worked for us. The entire deal was done in 3 hours. I would also like to give Angelica in Finance and Michelle in Customer Service a 5 Star rating also....Collectively, their team effort made our car buying experience superb. If you have any credit concerns, or are looking for a fast, friendly and well organized dealership...save yourself the stress, time and money...START AT ROTOLO!!!!! More
