He made our car buying experience very enjoyable and followed through on everything he promised us. He always responded immediately to telephone calls or texts! He truly exhibits a caring attitude towards his customers which of course gives us the desire to return to Rotolo Chevrolet for all of our vehicle needs. It is not surprising that he was a Mark of Excellence Award Winner! If he chooses to, Sal will go far in the car dealer industry because of the neat individual he is. Terrible Experience, Rude, No Effort from Jamie or Ryan We had a terrible experience and were very frustrated with Rotolo Fontana dealer. We got the run around for days, calls weren't returned & our car wa We had a terrible experience and were very frustrated with Rotolo Fontana dealer. We got the run around for days, calls weren't returned & our car was traded away from right under us for a better deal for them. I would have rather had a straight forward answer, an apology and them fixing the situation by finding our exact car somewhere apse, honoring the deal and bringing it to their dealership for us. I'm a woman and buy all our family cars. Yes I know what a money factor is, residual value and can do 4th grade math to calculate a lease! I found it very unsettling to listen to what a 'big dealer' they were and put down another smaller dealer. in the Chevy family. That was very rude and unprofessional. After getting no where no mad at Rotolo..I got back on Chevy Inventory search on my own and thankfully found our car with Sara McKinnley a manager at Camino Real Chevy in Monterey Park. She literally saved us from not buying a Chevy got us into our dream Tahoe...at a better price than anyone. She did the credit info & all paperwork over the phone, got us every rebate possible to bring down the MSRP. I've been buying and leasing cars for 25 years & she's by far the BEST person I've ever worked with at any car dealership. She was professional, honest, straight forward and went above and beyond the call of duty. She had a wonderful man named James deliver on car THAT NIGHT & review the entire vehicle with us. We're a very busy family and don't time, or enjoy spending hours at a dealership. MY husband was thrilled and very impressed with Sara and James when our pristine, Beautiful Tahoe arrived at our doorstep! My advice would be to skip the run around and attitude from Rotolo and buy your car at the Camino Real, a dealer who cares about helping and pleasing each individual customer. Sara is a huge Asset to Chevy. I hope they realize that and work hard to keep her around. We'll refer all our friends from school & sports In Newport Beach to Camino Real Chevy. Great Experience I just purchased my fifth vehicle from Rotolo Chevrolet. Danielle York was great I don't like dealing with dealers for the most part, but this experience was exceptional. Easy to deal with, great price, drove down there (81 miles I don't like dealing with dealers for the most part, but this experience was exceptional. Easy to deal with, great price, drove down there (81 miles from home), car was waiting for us, washed and ready to go, quick test drive, did the deal, no surprises, no pressure to up sell us, and we were out of there.
