After visiting several dealers This past week I searched for a passenger van for a non profit school in Bakersfield that serves children with autism. After visiting several dealerships and only looking for a two year old vehicle, I was fortunate to find Sal at Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana. They had an ad placed on cars.com and I decided to give them a try even though it was quite a drive for me to go there. Well, the drive was well worth it as Sal Mercado not only presented a very clean low mileage vehicle that was perfect for our kids. He was also very compassionate for our cause and tried to make every step of the way to be as pleasant as can be. He even brought me a sandwich while I was finalizing paperwork with the Finance Department. And then he filled up the tank with gas which was unexpected. Thank you Sal and Rotolo Chevrolet. Your organization has done a great job at developing a special spirit among your employees. Everyone that I dealt with was very courteous, efficient and very customer service oriented. How to save an experience I brought my 2013 Camaro in for a maintenance and had them check the brakes. After a couple of hours, my service advisor, Mark Piccanati, called me a I brought my 2013 Camaro in for a maintenance and had them check the brakes. After a couple of hours, my service advisor, Mark Piccanati, called me and informed me that the rotors were warped and needed to be turned. I hesitated a bit because of the price and the fact that I had spent a lot of money recently fixing my other cars. Mark helped me out by discounting the price. I appreciated the help and the fact that he didn't try to 'scare' me into doing the service - he was honest. So, I gave him the okay. The car was promised at 3:00 pm. The time came and went. I did not call because I was going to pick up the car anyways at 4:30 when I picked up my wife from work. I arrived at the dealership at 4:45 and the car was not ready yet. Mark apologized profusely and promised it in another half hour. My wife and I went into the waiting room to wait. A half hour passes, and no car. An hour, and my wife goes over to check on it. Mark apologizes again and hunted down the car. During that time, he told my wife that he threw in wiper blades in addition to comping me a free oil change in the future. We shook hands and were all smiles. I appreciated his efforts and apologies. He went and found the Camaro and I left the dealership at about 6:00 pm. I checked the invoice when I got home, and discovered that the wiper blades were included in the price. I wasn't too happy. A couple days later my wife told me that one of the hubcaps on the tire was missing. I don't know how it was missing, so I am not going to make any assumptions, but I took the car back the next day and they told me that they had to order it, and it would take a couple of days. The next day, Mark called me and told me the part was in. He told me that when I brought it in, he would have me in and out of there real quick. I brought it over, and true to his word, Mark had me in and out in 4 minutes. I appreciated that very much. About a week after this experience, I received a check from Rotolo for the wiper blades. That was unexpected, and very much appreciated. This was one of those times where it was the perfect storm - anything that could go wrong, did. I do honestly feel that Mark, and Rotolo were concerned over my displeasure and took it seriously. I appreciate that as well More

Johnny, in the parts department, was extremely In the past two years I have had to replace the handles on each of the rear doors of my 2002 Astrovan. Johnny, in the parts department, was extremely helpful and accommodating! He guided me through the selection of the parts and I was able to replace them myself. After my first experience with replacing the handle, when the second handle broke, I was able to go back to Rotolo Parts department with the confidence that they were looking out for my interest and not just endeavoring to make a sale. I would highly recommend their parts department and particularly Johnny. More
WORST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN!!! Purchased new 2015 Chevy Malibu vehicle on 12/8/2014. March 28,2015 while driving on a very busy street cars die while in driving in full motion. I im Purchased new 2015 Chevy Malibu vehicle on 12/8/2014. March 28,2015 while driving on a very busy street cars die while in driving in full motion. I immediately call the dealership and communicated what has occurred. I was told to drop the vehicle off. Contacted OnStar for a tow truck and waited on the side of the road (eventually being pestered by Rialto Police Department that I was in an unsafe location and needed to be moved or be towed by them) over 3 hours for tow truck to be delivered to my location. Tow truck eventually arrives and delivers towed vehicle to Rotolo Chevrolet. Car was "repaired" within 2 days. June 7,2015 while driving on the 210 E. freeway car once again dies while driving in full motion this time, I quickly jumped into survival mode,swerved to the left put car in neutral an vehicle rolled to safety, narrowly missed being hit by a white heavy duty Dodge Ram pick up truck. I can say this was the most terrifying death defying experience yet. Contacted OnStar for tow truck, waited over 2 hours in 96 degree heat for tow truck all while my nose bled profusely assumingly from the heat. Once again I contacted the dealer and was told to have the vehicle dropped off. Tow truck arrives and delivers vehicle to Rotolo Chevrolet. The customer service/general manager of the dealership has by far delivered in both incidents the WORST UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE CAN IMAGINE. GM by far has been of no help both incidents as well. The most terrifying part yet with this "death trap" vehicle is, there are no warnings, indicator light gauges prior to the engine failure. It literally dies in full motion. I have made it clear to the dealership that I refuse to put my life back in the hands of this 2015 Chevy Malibu. Upon purchase of new vehicle I traded my 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ and was given $9500 trade in value, along with a cash down payment of $400. My monthly payment on the vehicle is $500. When purchasing new vehicles one is expected to receive a sense of safety and security and to know " I will make it from point "A" to point "B" alive and free of harm to ones self as well as to other drivers on the road. That security has been betrayed. More

She always has such a pleasant attitude it makes the overall service experience worth the hour drive I have to make to see her. I travel from Anaheim to Fontana because this dealership is the best in Southern California. Annette is very knowledgeable and steers me toward the exact services my car needs. She never tries to oversell me on unnecessary serices. I have worked on my own cars for over 30 years so I know when to walk out on crooked service advisors hence my hour drive. Thanks More
