After hearing only bad news for three weeks, my car was a total loss, I decided to give Rotolo a try. I applied online and Danielle emailed me back. She immediately made me feel comfortable and really listened to all my concerns. We did everything online so all I had to do was pick which car I wanted when I went in! Matt helped me in Finance and was also very friendly,professional and helpful. He helped me pick a great warranty package. I really felt taken care of and felt I left with great deal. I would definitely recommend Rotolo to all my friends and family! I wasn't expecting such an easy, hassle free experience. I love my new Cruze😀 More
Disturbing Experience Please beware of this dealership. We experienced the worse treatment we've ever encountered by any dealership at this location on 05/15/2016 at about Please beware of this dealership. We experienced the worse treatment we've ever encountered by any dealership at this location on 05/15/2016 at about 5:00pm. After having visited a different Chevrolet dealership, we called and spoke to "Chevy Evy." We told him the price point we were looking for, the vehicle and trim type, credit status, etc. He guaranteed, before us making the trek out there, that they for sure had multiples of the model and of the trim we were looking for. Also that they would definitely be able to do pricing we asked for, to come in and get it. Upon arriving we were shown a large selection and chose to lease it in either white or grey by Moses. After heading into the dealership, we were told that none of those were for sale actually. They only had one for sale in the make and trim we went there for but in green. However, they could have a white or grey one sent over from an undisclosed location which we agreed to. Then what ensued was totally bewildering. A sales manager named Lorenzo came over to tell us that they can't actually give us that pricing either. What was confusing was his demeanor, he was so hostile and unprofessional when it was completely uncalled for. We had never met this man before and wasn't sure why he was so agitated. We asked to speak to "Chevy Evy" as that's who told us otherwise which furthered angered Lorenzo. We were asked what deal the other dealership offered us and when my spouse tried to respond he was cut off multiple times with Lorenzo shouting. We stated that we would like gap insurance with the lease. Lorenzo was the yelling, with "Chevy Evy" and Moses quietly standing there letting this man berate on us. Lorenzo yelled, "You don't need Gap insurance!! No one uses that!" My spouse again tried saying that no we do want that because we've had to use it twice in the past when cars were totaled. Which Lorenzo followed with, "YOU don't know what you're talking about!!" At that point we stood up and said we were leaving. He aggressively jumped up and towards my spouse, like he was physically going to do something while flinging his hands and arms around. We left, I was concerned for our safety. There were no apologies for falsely guaranteeing what they had and their pricing or for allowing their employee to verbally attack us and nearly physically attack us. I wonder how many customers they lose daily because of this scary behavior. When the situation happened, the manager stood quietly by like this wasn't abnormal or unusual. Perhaps this is their way to bully people into sales but it's a tactic that quite literally scared us off. I am also concerned that they have our personal information. We ended up going to Chevrolet of Montebello who were confused why Rotolo had such a problem with the pricing. They were also knowledgeable on the make of car and incentives Chevrolet is offering along with rebates. ALL the staff were friendly and efficient. We left with the car we had sought out for and pricing only $1 off from what we had asked for. Good thing we decided to give Chevrolet one last chance. Save yourself the headache- go to Montebello. More
Sal Mercado is the best ! I just want to say how happy and blessed I am to have had the pleasure to work with Sal. He was amazing at getting everything set up for me and working hard to get me approved with the best deal possible. He even went out of his way and offered to pick me up from work to get the vehicle. I have no complaints what so ever about the entire process. Sal cares about his customers and is not this pushy sales man looking to catch a sale no matter what. Unorganized I had an appointment at ten in the morning. Showed up early, was helped at 10:27. Was told I had scheduled the wrong vehicle when I had an email confi I had an appointment at ten in the morning. Showed up early, was helped at 10:27. Was told I had scheduled the wrong vehicle when I had an email confirming that what I was saying was true. They blamed their computer system. Was told it was going to be an hour and 45 minutes. Left the building at 10:42. I called at two asking if my vehicle was ready for pick up, they said it was. When I get there, I have to wait ten minutes to be helped. When I give them my name, they say that my vehicle was not in their system. I let them know, that I had just called and was told that my Silverado was ready for pick up. Another guy says, "yes, it's ready, but you gave me the wrong last name." Again, I show them the email where it states my name, the make, model and year of the car. Again, they blame their system. When I finally received my car at 2:58, I realize that it wasn't washed. They let me know that it would be another hour if I wanted it washed. This service department is slow, unorganized and doesn't take ownership for their mistakes. I will never come back or recommend anyone. More

Before I called I looked up the dealership on yelp and Sal's name was all over the page. So I called and asked for Sal and it was the best choice I have ever made. He knew what I wanted and he delivered!! Sal's customer service is better then what you would get from Nordstorm. So if you are looking for a car I really recommend that you ask for Sal. More

He isn't pushy or self-serving like many salesmen. Rather, he is honest, sincerely personable, accommodating and worked me an incredible deal. I drove 110 miles from San Diego to work with him. Despite being so far away, I would be very tempted to drive the 4 hour round trip when I buy or lease my next car. More
