I brought my truck in for a full fluid exchange and what I got in return was $7974.18 in damages to my truck. These clowns dropped it off the lift and drove it off a high curb. They seemed like they were go I got in return was $7974.18 in damages to my truck. These clowns dropped it off the lift and drove it off a high curb. They seemed like they were going to address the damage done by they careless techs, then they ignored my calls and emails, taking the stance that there is no curbs around their dealership…well the whole dealership is surrounded by curbs. The very curb that added to the carnage that was done to my truck. Sadly, the $7974.18 wasn’t all the damage that needed to be repaired. I also have to address my transmission, transfer case, and differential. If any of those were damaged I could be looking at $10-15,000 in repair cost. I mean who does that! Wrecks someone’s pride and joy, then denies any wrongdoing and damage, when they have insurance that covers this very thing when their employees damage customers vehicles. I’m now going through the small claims process to recoup my losses and take it to someone who will properly repair my vehicle and return it to me without any other damage. If you ever have the displeasure of dealing with this horrible dealership, I advise you to send a demand letter, then take them to small claims court. The process is painless, you can do everything online through turbo court. Sue them for the max of your damages and time loss. You will most likely win, because they can’t bring lawyers into the courts to fight their battles. Document everything and show the judge, the outcome should be you winning. Always take your day in court! And never accept a ‘No’ from a nobody! More
Horrible service department. Calls get transferred and get disconnected. Staff not up to date on safety recalls. Even GM customer support recommended another dealer. Bought a new 2021 trail boss and it has severe misfire problems after only 1000 miles and it doesn't even show a CEL. Its been sitting in the shop now for almost 3 weeks and I've only had it for 2 months. problems after only 1000 miles and it doesn't even show a CEL. Its been sitting in the shop now for almost 3 weeks and I've only had it for 2 months. I ve bought nearly 8 new cars in my life and a few used and this is by far the worst experience ever buying a new vehicle.I would not recommend this dealership for anyone not even my enemies. I cant believe i got conned into buying a 50000 paper weight. What a disgrace for GM More
2019 Chevy Sonic.....I have had it for 23 months. Today I took it for a oil change and they tell me , The oil pan bolt is no good and if I don't replace it today my next oil change will be placing the oil pa took it for a oil change and they tell me , The oil pan bolt is no good and if I don't replace it today my next oil change will be placing the oil pan for $800 dollars because it's stripped. Wow!!! How does it get stripped??? Being impatient and crossing the treads, over tightening who's fault is this ..NOT MINES. They called it normal wear and tear WTH! So if the bolt is ruined obviously the oil pan is also ...threads are messed up but it's normal wear and tear. My 1950, 1989, 2006, 2016, and my two 2019 chevys have never had wear and tear to the bolt. They caused this they need to fix it! More
Back in 2017 I purchased a chevy sonic brand new from their Fontana Lot. As of now I still have less than 50k miles on it. Since November of 2020 I have had countless issues with the cooling system. I ha their Fontana Lot. As of now I still have less than 50k miles on it. Since November of 2020 I have had countless issues with the cooling system. I had the water outlet replaced in November and the coolant tank replaced in January. Then about 5 weeks ago I go to the Chevrolet in Redlands to find out why my coolant won't stop disappearing. They replace my water pump. A few days later, my car needs the water outlet replaced again! And it was over $500 there was no attempt to make up for my inconvenience. I would never purchase a Chevrolet vehicle again. Stay away from Chevrolet vehicles. More

Worst experience I’ve had with dealerships. Like everyone else you go to the dealership to get the best quality of work for your money. Had taken my car in for a routine oil change and to check my ac since i else you go to the dealership to get the best quality of work for your money. Had taken my car in for a routine oil change and to check my ac since it stopped working the day before. After putting down 1500$ Missing working and 4 days later I found that my ac still was not functioning right after taking my car off the lot and also found a big oil leak on both my jobs parking lot and my driveway. Called the rep back to have it checked out and she told me she would not be in the day I was able to take it back so now I was passed on to another service rep. I told him the issue of not having an oil leak before and the ac was still not working and wanted to have it checked out again and about an hour later I get a message saying the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced and I needed a new ac compressor which is going to be 2000$. Fist I highly doubt that they even took it to the back to have it inspected So quickly and second I had to pay more for there mistake! Ridiculous and I told the service rep that I should not pay anything for it since it was not brought in with a leak! He told me my best bet was to talk to the manager since he couldn’t make that decision and he told me he wasn’t in that day so I had to bring my car back if I wanted to talk to the manager! I told him to pull my car out of the lot and I’ll take it somewhere else and they were losing a valued customer since I have gone to them for years and done everything they have asked to do on my car and we had also just bought a brand new car off there lot a few weeks ago! I pulled my car from there lot and took it to another shop and within A few hours they told me the oil leak wasn’t from the oil pan gasket it was from the plug that wasn’t put back on right and was only a 75$ fix not 800$ like the dealership wanted to charge me! I ended up paying 1200$ less at the small auto shop then the dealership and had my car ready to go the same day! I did call manager Enrique the day I knew he was in and told him my experience with there service and after I vented to him and told him ever thing that happened he asked me so you did come in complains about the ac not working I’m the first place and I told him yes and it’s even written on the invoice and I took for granted that they found the issue in the first place and that why I put down 1500$ The first time thinking all was fixed. He told me he heard my frustration and he can’t fix it if he doesn’t know about it so thank you for letting him know and said that he he was going to review the paperwork and get back to me within 1 day in half with a corrective action that we both will be satisfied with. After about two weeks had gone by I still did not hear from him so I decided to call them up again and I talked to a clerk and I asked to talk to the service manager and after she asked who I was and I told her I had an issue with my Cruze and he was suppose to get back to me 2 weeks ago she put me on hold for more than a few minutes and then told me that he was with another customer and he would get back to me. I still have not heard from him to this day so his way of handling it was by thinking I would go away. I’m just one person for a big company like that it does not matter to them if I go but think about the work the was done and if next time it was my breaks that they didn’t put properly or worse that a tire is loose and me and my fam of two young kids get into an accident because of there lack of work and to top it off that the manager just thinks it’s ok for this to happen. He knows they were in the wrong and that’s why he hasn’t responded back to me but to think families safety is not a priority to correct any issue no matter how big or small it might be is an issue with me. This is concerning to me and really at this point I know he will not return my 1500$. it’s money for them which is chump change but to me it’s food On the table for my kids. Ridiculous More
So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspen there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspension came apart on the freeway. I went across all lanes and then back over off the freeway into the dirt. I was safe and no damage to the truck. The nut on the ball joint had warped loose, because it was NOT “torqued to specs” from the assembly after they replaced the seal. I had it towed back to the dealer on a windy day and the service writers wouldn’t even come outside to assess it and know what I would need for a loaner vehicle. Also this is my work truck that I rely on. The service writer said he doesn’t know if it will be covered because I “may have just hit a curb” I was beyond upset! Anyway, the manager Ron took over and finally came outside to assess the truck and see what I needed for a loaner work truck. That’s when everything went from bad to absolutely horrific. I brought my truck in scratch free and meticulously maintained by myself and only myself ever since I left the dealer. I get a call that my truck was hit on the fender, so I went in immediately to find my fender damaged and greasy hand prints all over the truck. I look underneath and everything is still broken and apart. Gets even better, the parts were never ordered after over a week had went by. I was promised my truck to be kept inside and safe in their hands with the best care, to not worry. Now I have a truck less than a year old with a replacement fender and paint job. Most important, I bought a brand new work truck for safety and reliability. Which was compromised, due to incompetent mechanics not torquing one nut and risking my life among many others traveling at the time it happened. I will never ever go there again, I have lost all faith and trust in this dealership. Disappointment is an understatement. UPDATE THEY PUT A BAD CARFAX ON MY TRUCK FROM THEIR OWN DAMAGES TO MY TRUCK!!! They are the absolute worst!!! More
Went to buy a 2020 truck. Tried to BS me by saying I wouldn’t be approved, need more down etc. because I’m a first time buyer. Logged onto my phone, got approved by my bank in 5 mins and the manager got wouldn’t be approved, need more down etc. because I’m a first time buyer. Logged onto my phone, got approved by my bank in 5 mins and the manager got angry and sent the salesman out to tell us “they sold the truck already”. We called their bluff. The manager decided he didn’t want to sell it to us because we were able to get our own financing and played the game better than him. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Obviously they want to screw you over. They already ran my credit too, will be disputing it. Don’t go here! And this is how they treat government employees. More
