We dealt with several different folks while purchasing our vehicle, so when you ask, "how did WE do?" it depends on who "we" is? Our salesman was EXCELLENT! We waited over an hour for the finance departme our vehicle, so when you ask, "how did WE do?" it depends on who "we" is? Our salesman was EXCELLENT! We waited over an hour for the finance department to acknowledge us, and then it was only because I asked and alerted them TWO times that we were still waiting. I was shocked at the lack of "customer service." During both of my inquiries as to why we were waiting, the guys kept saying "oh, we are processing the paper work." If so, then why was all the paper work processed while we were in the room with the finance representative? And then, when we were in the finance room for a long time while the guy kept trying to sell us extra warranty coverage. We said "no thank you" but he continued with his sales spiel. Just not a good experience. Maybe I was impatient, I don't know, but the entire process took too long. More
