We wanted an SE not a ES but Phil pointed out the few differences and said he could add XM radio, a sticking point w my husband. We were in and out in an hour and a half, happy with the deal and the car. $500 loyalty rebate since we owned one before was great too. We would recommend the dealership, the car and Phillip. 109% happy with the experience to date More

My husband purchased an used jaguar xjl there a few months ago. Phil told us the vehicle was in tip top condition & that they had recently put $3000 worth of work to front end. To make a long story short a week after having the vehicle it ran hot on us @ he took it back to dealership. They kept it for a few days and told us they ran a diagnostic & it needed a thermostat & that they replaced it. We got the car back & 2weeks later the same thing. I advised him to take it to the jaguar dealership & when he did he found out that the car had worped heads. We talking about $8000 worth of work. We call the dealership and tell them to see if they would offer to help b/c we brought the car back after only a week of having it but the owners said that is was nothing they could do. They knew the problem existed a n d turned their back on us after Phil was telling us how to bring the car car to them if we h ad any problems and they would take care of us. They all are LIARS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE! He hadn't even made the first payment on this 2012 Jaguar xjl and they do their "customers" that way. Even the people at the jaguar dealership said they did us wrong and they could have at least paid half. That was very bad business and nothing good will come out of it for the lying salesman and the crook of a owners. They should never be able to make another sale.At least they could've offered us a loaner while our car was in the shop. I've never dealt with a place like that and don't recommend anyone else to either. You always supposed to take care of good customers so they can continue to do business with you and send others . God worked it out for us though. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!! More

If I could mark less than one star rating I would. I have talked to other dealers and people in the area and they are known to be SHADY. They are not members of the Chamber or Inc..
