When we arrived it was sitting out front ready to go, the car was in fantastic shape, we came to an agreement on price that we were both happy with, and he was very efficient during the purchase, helping us complete the sale so that we could get back on the road home. In total we were there less than 2 hours to test drive and purchase the car! Great service and a pleasure to deal with. More

The Worst car buying experience. We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2009 jeep wrangler on July 22. Initally I had been in contact with Gravity Auto concerning the vehicle. When we arrived We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2009 jeep wrangler on July 22. Initally I had been in contact with Gravity Auto concerning the vehicle. When we arrived my husband made a mistake and pulled into Mitsubishi Roswell because he saw gravity auto tags and thought we were in the right place. We were greeted by Victoria and asked what we were interested in. We told her and asked if we were in the right place. She said gravity auto is their partner dealership and we could purchase the vehicle through their dealership. We were concerned since I had been speaking with Brandon from gravity auto. Victoria said that the internet responses were automatic and I had not actually been speaking with an actual sales associate. We found this to be false. When Victoria called over to gravity to ask about us test driving the vehicle BRANDON answered the phone. He told her he had someone coming to test drive the vehicle at noon. He asked Victoria the names of the people wanting to test drive and she didn't tell him. Victoria went to gravity to bring the jeep back for the test drive and Brandon came back with her. When we test drove the jeep we noticed the tire light was on. We asked about it and Brandon said it was because the vehicle had been sitting. We were at the dealership over 5 hours. Before we left I asked about the extra set of keys and Victoria and the finace manager both said they would get them to us. (They never did and now say there isn't an extra set) On our way home the jeep started shaking uncontrollaby. Since it was late and the dealership was closed we waited and called the next day. I spoke with Phil Malone and he just told me to call back on Monday and they would handle it. My husband called on Monday and spoke to the manager. My husband explained that we would like to have the vehicle fixed by a mechanic we trusted and we would need a rental. He was told during this conversation they would have to overnight us the paperwork to fill out again because they had the wrong VIN on the original paperwork. My husband also asked about the drive out tag because we didn't have one and was told they would overnight that as well. The manager Danny said he needed to get approval for this and would get back to us. We never got a phone call back. Anytime we needed to talk to them WE had to call them. Finally on thursday July 27 we were told that we could take the jeep to the mechanic we chose. I called on July 28 inquiring about the rental and was told they would bring us one. Saturday July 29 I spoke to Randy and asked about the rental and he told me I could rent one and they would reimburse us. We didn't because we felt they would never reimburse us. The mechanic had the jeep for 25 days. Randy and Danny would hardly communicate and when we would call them we got the run around. We were even told at one point Danny was on vacation for the week but called back the next day and he answered. My husband called Danny one day and was on hold for over an hour. We were also told we would have to pay $500 towards the repairs. Both Danny and Randy would tell us they would call us right back and when a couple of hours would go by and we called them they would have already left for the day. We also had to pay $220 to get the tags because the dealership figured the taxes wrong. We have bought many cars and NEVER dealt with a dealership like this. We had to make our first payment on the vehicle just days after finally getting it back. More
Upsetting I was treated nicely but totally misled. Paid a much higher price. Would not recommend anyone doing business here. Poor customer service.
