To make sure the dealership was willing to work with us, we spent a great deal of time on the telephone discussing various issues to determine whether our visit would be worthwhile. This is how we came across Ronald Lofland. He answered every call and text for several days—even on his day off. Ronald did a great job in answering our daughter’s questions about the make and model as well as the specific car on the lot. He spoke with me (mom) several times about the car and purchasing process options. We very much enjoyed working with Roland.
