We found Roswell Mitsubishi, and Phillip Malone III, our sales agent, on-line and they had a very large selection of pre-owned luxury cars. We found the perfect car, at a price no one else in Atlanta could touch. We had a Mercedes mechanic inspect it, saw the CarFax and everything was exactly as Phillip and Roswell Mitsubishi represented it. Great experience! With Phillip Malone III you will get one of the most experienced and knowledgeable representatives around. I learned he has been dealing with pre-owned luxury cars for years, and it shows. He knew what every button and menu item on our 2011 Mercedes did, and when he found one (yes, just one button!) that was new to him he promised to research it and let me know. He had great follow-up, and treated us respectfully...even when we showed-up with 3 kids in our mini-van, not exactly the most likely target to buy a Mercedes S-Class :-). I was not looking for car payments, and was not happy. After inquiring on line about the Mitusubishis, I received some great information from Mr. Malone. During a visit to the dealership Mr. Malone showed me the features of several cars. What impressed me most, was the honesty. When we sat down to talk about prices, everything was exactly what he had quoted on line to me. There were no sudden additions, or we can't do that because you don't qualify. After a weekend spent in new and used car dealerships, the Mitsubishi dealership and the ford place were the most honest about sticking to their ad prices on line. Additionally, they had the cars I arranged to test drive in stock, no lies on line to get me in the door. This honesty in advertising is important to this consumer. I really like the little Mirage for my needs. More
