Express Oil Change, much more than expected I took my Infiniti FX 35 to the dealer for an oil change, usually I work with Jamie Miller (Jamie does a great job for me), however I was coming in fr I took my Infiniti FX 35 to the dealer for an oil change, usually I work with Jamie Miller (Jamie does a great job for me), however I was coming in from out of town business and didn't have a lot of time. Went to the express group, David helped me with my service. David was exceptional, professional and spoke with me frequently. While I was in the waiting room, I noticed that David was exactly the same way with other customers. Excellent service. I will not take my Infiniti anywhere else for service, and plan to purchase my next vehicle from the dealership, due to professionals like David and Jamie Miller, Thank you, Gerald Kelly More

Refreshments were wel stocked with a great variety. Jamie Miller is outstanding. He takes the time to listen and talk with me. I'm a car guy so I speak car shop. This is why I love Roswell Infiniti. Easy in, Easy out (with a loaner in between)! My car needed to get a key programmed and they had a nice loaner ready and already started for me to use (instead of waiting around) when i dropped of My car needed to get a key programmed and they had a nice loaner ready and already started for me to use (instead of waiting around) when i dropped off my car. I was out the door headed back to work within minutes of arriving! I received a text a few hours when my car was ready to be picked up and once again, the process was fast. My keys were waiting at the front desk for me and my car was parked out front fresh from a bath! It's always nice to get your car back looking better than when you dropped it off. :) It was by far the easiest service experience I have ever received. More
