Great Service My vehicle was having some computer issue and I called them from the road. They fit me in right away bc of the concern it was a safety issue. They gave me a loaner and fixed the vehicle days ahead of schedule. My vehicle was at 61,000 and they gave a one time extension of my warranty without my asking to cover the repair. This delighted me! Mark and Jaime always take great care of me. They answer every question and follow up on every concern. They are the reason I will buy my next car here. I specifically ask for them! More

Express Oil Change, much more than expected I took my Infiniti FX 35 to the dealer for an oil change, usually I work with Jamie Miller (Jamie does a great job for me), however I was coming in fr I took my Infiniti FX 35 to the dealer for an oil change, usually I work with Jamie Miller (Jamie does a great job for me), however I was coming in from out of town business and didn't have a lot of time. Went to the express group, David helped me with my service. David was exceptional, professional and spoke with me frequently. While I was in the waiting room, I noticed that David was exactly the same way with other customers. Excellent service.
