Waste of time Texted my sales rep (with pics) to get advice on an aesthetic concern I had with my new car -said he didn’t know and told me to call service. I spoke to services and they said it could be fixed and that I should “bring it in”. Upon brining it in (a 45 min trip), I was promptly told it was “normal” and that nothing could be done. What a waste of time and money. In this day and age, one should be able to resolve simple car questions without having to “bring it down”. More

Setting up the appointment was easy and when I arrived, the staff was quick to greet me. David reviewed my notes and confirmed the reason for my appointment before setting me up with a loaner car. They loaned my a new vehicle (which my wife now wants to purchase) while they did the install and washed my car. I always leave there completely satisfied! More
