When he found out the tires I needed for my car weren’t ordered for Chris (Hanson) went above and beyond with helping me during my most recent visit. When he found out the tires I needed for my car weren’t ordered for my scheduled appointment, he gave me a loaner vehicle and had an associate drive nearly an hour away to my work to drop off my car after the work was done so that I wasn’t inconvenienced. Always great customer service at this dealership. More

I recently bought a 2014 Q50 Premium AWD that had an open recall on the OCS system that ne First of all Jamie was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I recently bought a 2014 Q50 Premium AWD that had an open recall on the OCS system that needed to be replaced and was hoping that my warranty would cover some normal use chrome wear and tear on the driver-side window buttons. He immediately did everything he could to fix it allowing me to take a loaner in case it took more than just a day, but also made sure it was given a multi-point inspection and washed before being given back the same day after concerns it could take 3 days due to both holiday and Sunday closure. The team at Roswell Infiniti did everything and more to take care of me and you can bet i'm not going to let anyone else touch my Q50. Thank you all for everything and I look forward to doing business with you again. More
