Overcharged? I live 5 minutes from this dealership but I have not patronized it in years because I have had several bad experiences. So for the past couple of year I live 5 minutes from this dealership but I have not patronized it in years because I have had several bad experiences. So for the past couple of years I buy and service my cars at another dealership about 45-60 minutes away. I called to make an appointment and to get a price on the service I was scheduled for. I was quoted I called one price. When I got there the service agent quoted a higher price and explained that the quote did not include things that he felt I needed. I also needed tires and he explained that the tires were on sale and I was happy about that. He said he would give me a 10% discount because of a coupon they were advertising online. The other dealership I go ensures I know what each service costs. This service agent asked me for my signature but when the numbers he quoted didn't add up to what I was quoted I asked him to review the service sheet with me. He skimmed through it. This didn't feel right to me. I paid for my services and left and when I looked at the service sheet I believe I was overcharged for labor and whereas the discount was added the price, it still seemed inflated and higher. People at the dealership were nice but I don't ever want to feel like I was taken advantage of. I will not be returning and will continue to go to the dealership 45 min away. More

I received 2 follow up calls from Mark explaining what the status was on my QX and when I could come pick it up. I was more the impressed by his level of service and attentiveness to my care.
