Service Dept Finally Finds Issue!! After 12 months the service dept. finally spent the time needed looking for the cause of our monthly issue of our NEW QX30 tires deflating. Of course After 12 months the service dept. finally spent the time needed looking for the cause of our monthly issue of our NEW QX30 tires deflating. Of course this after hearing stories thru out the winter of cold weather and of recent warm weather. Even after they rotated the tires at 6 and 12 months they did not spend the necessary time searching for the problem Just added tire pressure. Now they found a nail in each rear tire. Amazing, wonder what the Las Vegas odds are on that! BTW, the sales staff is GREAT!!!! More

In the process I fell in love with my loaner. Just for kicks, I inquired about purchasing it. In short, in a very brief time, Rusty Rabia transformed my inquiry into a sale.
