My only critique would be attention to detail when it comes to cleaning or detailing vehicles and placing customers in a similar courtesy vehicle whenever possible and ensuring courtesy vehicle is clean. Also treat my spouse and family the same as you do me the purchasing client. My buying power is strong and I’ve now purchased 3 Infiniti’s since 2014, so am a loyal repeat customer.
