Used Infiniti Inspection I purchased a 13 year old 2006 Infiniti M35 Sport from an Autonation Dealer who did not produce their pre-sale inspection report at the time of purcha I purchased a 13 year old 2006 Infiniti M35 Sport from an Autonation Dealer who did not produce their pre-sale inspection report at the time of purchase. Within my 5 day return period, I took the car to be inspected at Roswell Infiniti where I have purchased and serviced 4 Infinit's between 2003 and 2012. To my surprise, old friends Mark Crutchfield, Chris Hansen and Jaime Miller were all still part of the Service Department. Almost like a home coming. Mark ordered the inspection which showed about $3,000 worth of repairs. The documentation was used to support the selling dealer's repair of the critical safety items and gave me a list of what should be attended to in the future. Without the thorough used vehicle inspection report, I would not have been able to negotiate about $1,600 in repairs with the selling dealership. More

The icing on the cake was I found that my car, when I picked it up, had been carefully detailed. More

Mix Bag I purchased a certified vehicle. The routine service and a defect in the headliner were handled professionally. However, I had an issue with my front I purchased a certified vehicle. However, I had an issue with my front camera and was told that it was not covered by the warranty by the sales and service managers. They refereed me to the person in charged of the Roswell dealership, Casey Frames, to further discuss the warranty. I called and left a message to meet with her. I never received a return call. More
