Great service for over 16 years! We bought our Infiniti I35 in May 2002. For the last 16 years Roswell Infiniti has provided all our service needs. The last call was due to dead bat We bought our Infiniti I35 in May 2002. For the last 16 years Roswell Infiniti has provided all our service needs. The last call was due to dead battery. They did the service work on time and at a fair price. We could not ask for a better dealership and service department. The team has helped us to drive the same car for 16 years and we are looking forward to enjoying the car for several more years. Half of that is due to the quality of the car with the other half due to the great service department. Kudos to of the team members, especially Jamie Miller, the best service provider in the state! Sorry Sales Department we won't be seeing you any time soon. More

Service representative was very attentive and pleasant. Overall customer service was very good. However, I needed a new tire. Chris, the service rep. called me to let me know the cost. I needed to touch base with my husband before giving the go ahead for a new tire. I called back in 5-10 minutes to okay the new tire. Brittany, took the call and said Chris was on the phone. Chris told me I could leave a message, so I left a message with Brittany to say we were okay with the new tire. She told me she would give Chris the message. I called 1 hour after the time I was initially told the car would be ready to check on the pick up time. At that time, Chris told me he never got a response. I told him I called. He told me to head back and he would get the tire put on ASAP. Apparently the call went to a call center and there is a Chris that works at another service center which is why he never received the message. Chris handled the situation quickly for me. The wrong car was brought out for me, but, again, Chris handled the situation in a timely manner. More

Knowledge of my service history was sub-par. One of the thing's that you found wrong with my car was supposed to be covered under warranty and I should not have been charged for it at all. The service man called to tell me about it and when I told him I had that repaired already he said "well let me look up your service history" he saw where it was done two and a half months ago and said we'll take care of it for you, but I still got charged. My home servicer infinity told me after that I should not have been charged. Why would one dealer say your covered and another charge you for it. Also, a cover piece for something on my interior is missing. They said they would order me another one, so we'll see. But why is it missing in the first place? You take something off, you put it back. More
