remote key battery charged for $9.00 where my old dealer pro I wasn't going to say anything about this. During my last visit, I asked them for the battery in my wife's door key (which I didn't have it with me) a I wasn't going to say anything about this. During my last visit, I asked them for the battery in my wife's door key (which I didn't have it with me) and they charged me $8.99. Today the battery in my Hunter ceiling fan went out so I had to order a new battery in Amazon.com. It turned out 10-piece of CR2032 (which is the same battery used in the Infiniti door key) only costs $6.50. What a shame. I was expected they charged me the cost of material since they didn't change the battery for me. More

They did the service work on time and at a fair price. We could not ask for a better dealership and service department. The team has helped us to drive the same car for 16 years and we are looking forward to enjoying the car for several more years. Half of that is due to the quality of the car with the other half due to the great service department. Kudos to of the team members, especially Jamie Miller, the best service provider in the state! Sorry Sales Department we won't be seeing you any time soon. More
