I have semi trucks whizzing by as I sit there with my two toddlers. I call the customer experience department only to have the man HANG UP ON ME. I finally find my way to the dealership and the man won't come out to speak with me! I will NEVER EVER purchase anything here again and you shouldn't either! More

Bruce Scott The Man Bruce Scott was Spot on and pulled up my history of service quickly. I received a loaner, new 2019 QX50 which was great. When I spoke to the service manager about it, he claimed that that is impossible because an idiot light would’ve come on telling me of this problem. Service manager defended service center, did not offer an apology and did not offer me any type of compensation More

Mark could not have made the vehicle service easier and I had a high comfort level that my new Infiniti Q70L was going to be serviced at the highest level possible. In addition to Mark (advisor), a service manager greeted me in the waiting room and explained exactly what was being performed and the approximate completion time factor. I was also greeted by Rushdi Rabia, the gentleman that sold me the car to make sure things were going well...which I deeply appreciated. More
