A very impersonal customer service I used to come here because the service was good. Now, the customer service is done via text messages while you are in a waiting room and the person y I used to come here because the service was good. Now, the customer service is done via text messages while you are in a waiting room and the person you are communicating is in a separate office a few yards away. There were a few questions I had regarding my car's inspection, and they didn't even bother to explain it to me face to face, an ALL CAP text was sent to my phone saying that the car needs to be left overnight. Well, I couldn't do that. Then I got a text that my car was ready and when it came time to pay, I was just standing in the waiting room waiting for someone to approach me to pay (used to be like that). I texted them, to which they replied that I had to go to the office to pay. And they were not even busy! I'll just go to my local mechanic for oil change and more personal service. More
