Excellent Service I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen reassured me everything would be fine and that there were some other minor fixes I needed on my car (that the previous owner did not do). It made me feel at ease that my entire car was inspected and they found the other issues before they became major breaks. Broken seat I brought in my 2011 QX56 because my front passenger seat was broken. Chris Hansen was my service advisor and I cannot emphasize how incredibly helpf I brought in my 2011 QX56 because my front passenger seat was broken. Chris Hansen was my service advisor and I cannot emphasize how incredibly helpful and prompt he was. He ordered the part, had me bring the car in and fixed the seat within a day. He is the best service advisor in this dealership. While the others are great too, they sometimes seem agitated and passive aggressive. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because they hit my bumper while the car was in their possession. When I found out, I called Chris and he had someone come bring me a loaner and fixed it within hours. He is a real asset to this department. More
