No customer service! I have used many times before (service center) and always very efficient! This time I drove up in the bay and no one showed up. There was one young I have used many times before (service center) and always very efficient! This time I drove up in the bay and no one showed up. There was one young lady in the office and when I entered she just looked at me; no greeting. I said, "oil change"? She said go into the bldg. and someone will be with you. I spent time looking at the new QX50 model and still no one. Finally, I walked back to my car and another young woman showed up and took my info for the oil change but said if I wanted a wash it would be an hour; they were not that busy! I spent time with Gale Marie looking at new models and received a call saying my car would be ready in about 15 minutes. When I went back my car was done and sitting in front of the service center and once again, no one around. I went into the service waiting room and finally knocked on a man's office door and told him I needed to pay for my oil change. Once again; nobody around! When the girl came I mentioned I had a oil change coupon but I left it home. It was dated for Oct 31st for $29.95 and sent from Roswell Infinity. She said she couldn't do anything about that. Jamie was always so good about looking up coupons for any service I had. If you are going to send coupons to your customers your people should have a way of finding them. The total cost of my oil service was $54.29! I can't help but think this dealership has changed hands because of the poor customer service! I have purchased two FX 35 from you and been coming there since 2003. I know I will not come there for an oil change any more and it has me wondering if I need to look somewhere else for my next car! Oil Change/Additional service recommended I had a discount coupon for an oil change for either conventional oil or synthetic blend. I failed to request synthetic blend and the service rep fail I had a discount coupon for an oil change for either conventional oil or synthetic blend. I failed to request synthetic blend and the service rep failed to ask. I got conventional oil. There was recommended service for a possible fluid leak of the rear transfer case but I didn't get a very good description of what that problem might have been from the oil change service rep. Since I was picking up the car around 6 o'clock there wasn't anyone else around to give more detail. More

She was doing something in office, but not with customer. No hello or good morning when she finally came to my vehicle. This was not like previous visit where I was greeted quickly and warmly. Rest of appt was fine-attendant got real “nice” as she tried to upgrade my service with some repairs. While I was checking out she was having a conversation with other attendant calling a customer that had just left a liar, in front of me, another customer! I wonder what was said about me. When I was leaving, I saw Trent greeting a customer the way I had been the previous time. Sigh...Brittany needs some serious service training or a begins the scenes position. She should not be your interface for service. I think you will lose a lot of customers. I thought we bought service agreement. Guess there was miscommunication at the finance desk-anyway, now I have no reason to return to your dealership for service. More

Excellent Service I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen I came into the dealership with a minor gas cap issue, but I was in a frantic because I thought it was more severe than it actually was. Chris Jensen reassured me everything would be fine and that there were some other minor fixes I needed on my car (that the previous owner did not do). It made me feel at ease that my entire car was inspected and they found the other issues before they became major breaks. I received nothing short of amazing service from Chris and everyone at Infiniti of Roswell. This will always be my go to location for any of my car issues. Thanks. More
