And guaranteed, it will take more than ten minutes. Beyond this important maintenance, they perform a comprehensive safety evaluation, all of which is documented. In the case where there might be an issue or issues, the service advisor explains it in detail, advises the cost to remediate it. At the same time, the advisor indicates if the issue is of immediate concern, or if it can be put off and for how long, or something to keep an eye on and revisit next oil change. Visiting Roswell Infiniti is always a pleasant experience, in every way. More

They listened carefully to ensure that they understood what was needed, communicated well in keeping us posted in the repair process, and worked with us on the cost. Excellent Experience I took my Infiniti in for routine maintenance. I admit, I was a little weary of the prospect of taking my car back to this dealer for maintenance due I took my Infiniti in for routine maintenance. I admit, I was a little weary of the prospect of taking my car back to this dealer for maintenance due to a very poor experience the last time. That being said, I couldnt have asked for a better customer experience from start to end this time around! I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment (scheduled online - very easy!) and I was out of the lot with a brand new loner car within 5-10 minutes. I was kept up to date on my service via text message.. where I was able to select what service I wanted/didnt want on an excellent customer portal page. After I entered in what I wanted, an Infiniti rep called me to go over what I selected and kept me fully informed with what was to happen next. Because my car had to have a seal leak fixed, the mechanic called me as well to give me an ETA for completion. I received another call when the car was done and i was able to zoom back over to Infiniti to swap the loner for my, freshly washed, vacuumed, and fixed vehicle. It was a cold morning so there was frost/ice all over my windshield... Chris went out of his way to scrape the ice away from my car before I set off. All and all, i couldnt be more pleased with this service trip at Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta! More
