Also I'm thankful for my extended warranty two major jobs within a week of each other would have broke the bank. My car now drives like it was on the show room floor again. Received a phone call from the service advisor saying they needed the car back immediately - I was given no time frame as far as when my car would be ready. Completely inconvenient for my situation given I had to wake my daughter up from her nap to return the loaner. I normally get exceptional service at this dealership. This time it was borderline Kia service. My clock is set on the wrong time and i can’t fix it - seems like it needs to be reset by dealership. More

oil change overcharge I was overcharged for a oil change on my 2017 QX60 . $106 thats crazy ! not competitive with other dealers. The price was adjusted when I show other dealerships costs. My car was in the a recall & I was given a loaner that worked out great. I needed 4 new tires & rear breaks/rotors but got this done somewhere else for a $300 savings. I would like to use your service department more but there is such a thing as the internet to shop prices. I can afford to overpay but why for basic services. I love my car ! More
