Before I even opened my door, Mark, whom I had met for less than a minute the week before, was greeting me and placing me with an available service rep as Mark was heading in to work with another customer. Then Ben assisted in quickly completing loaner details/needs and swept me out the door. AMAZING!!! I have NEVER received such impeccable service in over 32 years of car ownership! What I have come to expect I have been going to Roswell Infiniti for about 2 years now and and the service has stay about the same. Clean facility and friendly staff. This time I have been going to Roswell Infiniti for about 2 years now and and the service has stay about the same. Clean facility and friendly staff. This time however, I’m not sure if they were back up or not but it took 2 hours for an oil change and wash. When I received the car after the work had been done the whole bottom six inches around the whole car was not cleaned there was still dirt and debris on the rocker panel and the doors. I went and grabbed a team member and the excuse given to me is that they use horse hair brushes and it won’t clean that. Additionally they did not ask if I wanted the car rewashed. and said they will tell the washing teams managers and walked away. I will give them that the check in prosces is smooth and when I went to look around the lot and show room there was an employee that offered their assistance. Also I did receive notifications from an employee on the time updates and progress of my car. In all my service was not bad but it was slow and felt a little careless at the end. I will continue to go back and have serivce done on my vehicle. More
