Pre-Owned Vehicle Check and BEST customer service EVER!! I recently purchased a pre-owned Infiniti from Roswell Infiniti and used their service department to ensure that the vehicle was up to date on service I recently purchased a pre-owned Infiniti from Roswell Infiniti and used their service department to ensure that the vehicle was up to date on service and that it was ready to be driven off the lot without any additional service needed. The service department and sales departments worked together to provide EXCELLENT service on my vehicle and EXCELLENT customer service to my husband and I. As always, Roswell Infiniti has delivered the best experience and I highly recommend them as a dealer and as a service center. I worked with Elizabeth Marshall in sales and the service department during this visit. Elizabeth was super friendly, extremely honest and up front. She was the best at communicating with me including communication after her work day to ensure that we were satisfied and all taken care of. She was professional and very determined to help us get into our new car while being calm and relaxed. Elizabeth is a people person and is not the typical pushy saleswoman...she was wonderful!! This was a special purchase for me and she made the experience reflect just how special and important this was for me!! I appreciate her hard work! After being a customer with Roswell Infiniti and my family being customers here for almost 20 years, I will never go anywhere else for another vehicle or for service needed. If you are looking for a reputable and friendly place to buy and service cars - Roswell Infiniti is the place to go. I have never felt like they have mislead me on service issues or maintenance and I truly believe my recent car purchase was the best value for what I got! I am truly grateful and extremely excited to be a part of the Roswell Infiniti family!! Make sure to ask for Mark Crutchfield in service! He is a family favorite!! Great customer service I broke the driver side's rear view mirror, so took my car to get it fixed. I was overwhelmed with courtesy they showed throughout my interaction with them. They worked with my insurance company seamlessly, and so I didn't have to bother running behind them. Strongly recommend Infiniti owners to visit them, when required. More

Good Service Advisor We enjoyed working with Mark Crutchfield who was our service advisor. He was very professional and experienced and had excellent communications and We enjoyed working with Mark Crutchfield who was our service advisor. He was very professional and experienced and had excellent communications and follow up skills. Only complaint was the loaner car had only 900 miles on it but was really dirty. The windows were so bad I finally just had it washed as I could hardly see out of it. Mark apologized and said they were so busy they could not keep up on making sure the car's were washed and even had gas in them. More

Mis-Diagnosis of Break Pads level to be replaced Greetings, On Dec 21, 2018, my husband and I both visited the Roswell Infiniti dealer of North Atlanta together to have the oil changed on my QX80. Greetings, On Dec 21, 2018, my husband and I both visited the Roswell Infiniti dealer of North Atlanta together to have the oil changed on my QX80. It was very strange that on the day I had my oil changed, Dec 21, 2018, no one mentioned the urgent need to replace my brakes. As a matter of fact, the diagnosis form indicated that the brakes were in the YELLOW zone not the RED zone. At this point, less than three weeks later, I heard pads scrubbing and brought the car into the Nalley Infiniti of North Atlanta. They took pictures of the brakes and rotors showing the internal damage done which increased my service charge from $650 to almost $1500! We are very disappointed in this lack of communication from the service department and unnecessary damage to our vehicle. We trusted that the YELLOW zoning on the printout was sufficient to give us time to come back for replacement of brakes at a later date... at least 30 -45 days. More
