The service manager, Bruce Scott along with the Executive Manger, Casey Frames are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in any business that I've done business with. I recently brought my vehicle in to have an issue diagnosed and repaired. A day later, I was told it was pretty apparent what my issue was and that my vehicle was ready to be picked up after a bit of repair and testing only to find that a few days later, I'm still having the same issue. It usually is great, but this time just ok. Roswell Infiniti barely greeted me. I didn’t know I was going to get a message on my phone about my service, no one told me. I’d much rather have it as before where someone comes into the waiting room to talk to me about additional things found with my car. I couldn’t get my phone to go through and answer back so I had to go find an advisor, which wasn’t the one I started with. He said I was done, and I had never even talked to him. Then after I paid I go out to find the sticker got my next oil change placed on my car was two thousand miles less than where I was on odometer and that they had written it wrong , so I had to go back and have the Advisor correct it. Not as pleasant a visit as usual. That was Friday, now I noticed over the weekend that when I put on my heat in car there’s a funny sound which I never heard before I brought it in on Friday, so I’m going back today to have them look at it. I felt like they didn’t do the top notch quality that I have had in the past. More

I would have given the service center 5 st From the moment you drive into the bay team members are there to make sure you have a rewarding experience. I would have given the service center 5 stars but on this day they had a 2-day backlog so I chose to leave my car instead of having they rush through the service which they offered to do. As it was, by leaving it they had time to check everything out and do a thorough inspection. Since I live about 30 miles from this center it was a bit inconvenient going back and forth in the loaner car. Otherwise, it would have been a 5-star experience and Mark Crutchfield is a very professional service consultant! More
