Great, fast service Needed a repair completed that was covered under the factory warranty. I did not have an appointment but was greeted and discussing my repairs with a Needed a repair completed that was covered under the factory warranty. I did not have an appointment but was greeted and discussing my repairs with an associate in a matter of minutes. Was quickly provided a loaner vehicle, repairs were completed early the next morning, and my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. Chris from Service Department was awesome I was unable to upon my trunk for my QX 70S. Chris received me and with in few mins arranged a loaner car.
