Just ok this time, missing items after service I went in to get oil change, and tire rotation. The service was done, everyone as usual was very courteous and kind. When I got home, I went in to clean off the top of the oil cover, as the service adviser mentioned that I would be needing a passenger side oil gasket cover in the near future. The clip on the side of the engine at the front of the vehicle was missing. It is a little snap "bolt" and all of the other bolts are in place. Frustrating as it keeps the air induction connected. I am looking for the part, however I will probably have go back to the dealer (30 miles away) to get it fixed. I know it was not missing before the oil change, so I think it was removed during the course of the service and not replaced. This is not the norm, as the service is usually top notch. More

Quick and Painless I went in for an express service and was greeted right away when I arrived. All of my questions and concerns were answered then they took my car. I went into the waiting room to use the Wifi and before I realized it they had finished with the service, inspection, and wash. I was impressed. This is very unlike my experience at other dealers. Perhaps I lucked out on that particular day but I will definitely be doing more business with Roswell Infiniti. More

She found out the price and turn around time for the mats to be shipped. Within that two day window she reached out to me via text to let me know the mats had arrived. Great Service It was a great service. I had a warning message on my dashboard in the morning and went to Infiniti Roswell. Chris Hansen took care of my vehicle and It was a great service. I had a warning message on my dashboard in the morning and went to Infiniti Roswell. Chris Hansen took care of my vehicle and provided me a loaner. My car stayed there 4-5 days and i learned they replaced my transmission and charged me ZERO dollar for that because of my vehicle's extended warranty. I bought my vehicle from Roswell Infiniti thanks Rushdi for offering me the extended warranty. Invoice was $22,000 for the repair and it cost me zero. Thanks More
