I told him that's not the solution I was looking for and he replied with such sarcasm there was no point in further communication. His persistent sarcasm, especially as a "leader", is why we will not return nor recommend this dealership at this time. More

They got me out of the service center in less than 45 mins after I went in for an oil change into the express service lane and it indeed was express. Poor loaner The service department addressed all areas I was having difficulty with. They gave me a loaner for the time needed. The loaner was full of bird poop The service department addressed all areas I was having difficulty with. They gave me a loaner for the time needed. The loaner was full of bird poop, had a cracked windshield and smelled inside. The guy who gave me the loaner was aware when he gave me the vehicle. When I have my Lincoln serviced, they always give me a clean car. This one was a filthy embarrassment to your dealership since it had your large windows sticker. Very disappointed, More

Broken window My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I took my car to the dealer to replace the window and clean out all the glass. When I went to pick u My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I took my car to the dealer to replace the window and clean out all the glass. When I went to pick up the car because it was finished it looked great. Once I got home however, I actually tried to roll up and down the window, and it would not roll up or down. It made terrible noises, scraping sounds, and I had to bring the car back for them to fix it again. Apparently they left a glass inside the window which was keeping it from working properly. I could not believe they did not check to make sure the window was working properly before giving it back to me. I had to drive all the way back there, and get another loaner car for another day for them to fix it, and then go back again to get my car. Really disappointed. More
