Corey, Thank you so much for your feedback, we do appreciate it. We’re very sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred. When you came into the dealership to get your vehicle serviced due to rattle noises coming from the drivers front door, you were informed at write up that the issues would be treated as a warranty issues, but if it turned out to be non-warrantable you would be responsible for the repair. Repair turned out to be non-warrantable (large seeds inside of door panel). When customer was advised & shown debris, he said he would have to call his wife. When you informed out Service Advisor that if you were required to cover the cost of the repair you would not be returning to our service department, he agreed that Roswell INFINITI would take care of the invoice. Customer was advised & kept informed throughout. We're sorry if you feel as if you were treated with persistent sarcasm, our service team tried to go above and beyond to resolve this issue for you.
