Racist/Rude This was my very first time at this location. I was very pleased with the customer service representative and was looking forward to making this locat This was my very first time at this location. I was very pleased with the customer service representative and was looking forward to making this location my "go to". When I arrived I was greated immediately again I'm thinking this is GREAT. I was then asked to come into an office by a man named Bruce Scott that's when it all went down hill. He immediately said he could not help me I mean flat out was not interested in my business. I can tell he was just tolerating me. He made several excuses about not having the parts not having a loaner car he did not hear of the recall on my vehicle. I explained that I spoke to the rep she confirmed the part and a loaner he then accused the "girls" don't know what's going on. This man clearly did not want to help once he saw that I was persistent and I wouldn't just go away and none of his excuses were going to send me away he very reluctantly assist. I felt disrespected to say the least. Fast forward on Memorial Day he called me to say that the work would be done on Tuesday. I personally think he was just checking on me. Like I said he was the most unhelpful person and it was almost as if he did not trust me. I mean my husband also felt how uneasy he was assisting us and even offered to show him the title to our car that we own free and clear. I mean this is ridiculous, I honestly feel that he was prejudice. His odd behavior was definitely racially motivated. Tuesday I'm back at work it was a busy day after the 3 day weekend. I get off at 4:30 which is the very first time I was able to look at my phone. I see I have several messages and text from Bruce I immediately call him in which my very first attempt I got his voicemail. I leave a message. He calls me back maybe within 15-20 minutes. After a very dry greeting he starts to complain about how he has been calling and texting me "all day" I apologized and explained I was at work. He says your car is ready and I'm here until 6:30pm. I have obligations and I'm dealing with Atlanta traffic. I live in Fayetteville/Love Joy area and I have a kids that need to be picked up by a certain time. I had no idea how I was going to make this happen needless to say at 6:45 I was stuck in traffic heading to Roswell and the close at 7pm. I called but did not get any answer. I had every intention to go first thing in the morning but again this mad is down right rude so I wanted my husband to acompany me but because of work we did not make it until the afternoon some time. He greets us but he was very belittling and speaking to us very rudely. He accusedmy husband of being a drug addict and me of being iresponsible. He was not interested in hearing anything we had to say. His mind was made up the moment we stepped foot in his office. My message to Bruce Scott is not all black/brown people use drugs. Infinity should really look into sensitive training. Bruce Scott I will tell my story until some sort of action has been taking. I am really dissapointed with my treatment and I feel devistated. I plan on blasting my experience on every platform and will be filing a formal complaint. More

Honest, and Awesome! I recently purchased a new to me qx60. Went to have it serviced and inspected. Mark was awesome. He printed me out a window sticker and a complete ser I recently purchased a new to me qx60. Went to have it serviced and inspected. Mark was awesome. He printed me out a window sticker and a complete service history on my car. I initially came in for a $300 service that in the end was not needed. Instead of Mark just writing it up and having it done he was honest in telling me it had recently been done and not needed. I'll keep passing two Infiniti dealerships just to go here. More

I also asked that my service rep. check to see if wiper blades were part of the 30,000 mile service which would be my next service. If it wasn’t, I asked that they please replace them. I was only told, as I checked out, that they are not part of the 30,000 mile service yet they were not replaced. Not the fault of the service department but the service rep. Disappointing three hour trip. More
