being lied about service I was told the tail lights were out and it would cost $50 per light to be fixed, When I asked them to show me, they said sorry they are working. From 2000 to 1000 to 1,500 to 1,350 from Roswell Infinity and Nalley Nissan did it for $860..and very happy with Nalley Nissan. Bottom line Roswell Infinity will RIP you off. More

Always had great service since 2006 at Roswell Infiniti when I got my M35 and drive it for 13 years! Best thing I ever did was buy their “Oil Change for Life” program! Clear Communication I stopped going to the Gwinnett place location because I felt underappreciated and wasn't planning to go back to any Infiniti dealership. I had a coupon for an oil change so decided to go to the Roswell location. Glad I made th decision. It was a Saturday so I know they are busy, but the first impression was great and I felt I got great service and advise.
