This is ridiculous for it only has 150,000 miles on it, just requiring normal repairs/replacement of parts and some TLC. Since being turned away from your dealership, I have found a mechanic that is working with me on this car and it is running well. Obviously, it seems that your service center is only interested in servicing new Infinities. So I would recommend you for good workk WHEN you decide doing that work is convenient for you.. More

In particular, I appreciate how readily they offer/provide a new or nearly-new loaner vehicle when mine requires work of any meaningful duration. The drive-up oil change service is also a fantastic benefit since it is very difficult for me to schedule and keep a specific appointment for such a simple/routine service. Finally, while it's a relatively minor point -- they do a great job cleaning my car after any service, which is something I've noticed many dealerships promise but few do well. More

Oil Change Escalation I pay a premium for an Infiniti oil change already and have made this choice since purchasing the vehicle new from Roswell Infiniti. Then I looked at my bill closer that turned into $180. Top of fluids at any other oil service center is N/C. Infiniti = $4.99 for wash solvent and I know it wasn't low because I never use it. The real ripoff occurred when I finally decided to let Infiniti change the cabin filter. $112 to replace a filter you had already pulled to show me how dirty it was. And $50 for a filter that I can buy for $15-$25 (most expensive I could find). Shame on me for approving it. But a reminder to be a more informed consumer, More

Over the top service I recently went in for an emergency service because of a blown tire (I hit a curb). They were incredibly accommodating. It was very stressful to worry about my safety and the inconvenience of losing my vehicle, even for a day. They put all of those worries to rest. The service was truly excellent. More
