They failed to ask if I had any coupons. When I returned home looked at my computer and realized I had a coupon. I mentioned this when I picked up my car. He was kind enough to give me a better deal. I was very disappointed with my last service. I had the battery changed. My model car requires a few pieces to be removed to get the battery out. When I got home, it wasn’t even put back together properl battery changed. My model car requires a few pieces to be removed to get the battery out. When I got home, it wasn’t even put back together properly and at least one of the fasteners was missing. I paid the dealer price for the battery to be changed, so I wouldn’t have to mess with the extra pieces, but ended up having to do it anyway to put it back together right. Frustrating! I have been generally happy with the dealer’s service in the past, but the quality of this relatively simple task was terrible. Makes me question a bigger job like brakes or something engine related!
