I took my car in for an oil change and tire change 2 months ago. The oil light was never reset and before I tried to reset it myself I had the oil checked just to verify it was done. The service went well. I brought in my SUV to have one flood light replaced, they didn't correct the issue now both flood lights are out. I have to rebook the appt. The other two light bulbs were replaced correctly. Service should have checked the repairs before releasing the car. Mark, my service rep is excellent as always; this is within the physical service department that manually changed out the light bulbs. They should have verified all replaced bulbs worked appropriately before releasing the SUV. More
