The service was quick but disappointed in the quality of service. I’ve had Infiniti/Nissan off and on for years coming to this dealership. I’ve raved to people about how amazing they treated me. When I bought my armada a few months back from Roswell Infiniti, my number 1 question was if I could bring my car into service at Infiniti, this was a big selling point for me to be able to come back for this service dept. The service manager said “yes! Please do!” The three times I have been, I’ve been made to feel like since my car is a Nissan, it’s not as good as the Infiniti. I was even questioned once about if I was sure I had brought my car in before. After my last service, the complimentary car wash didn’t wash the whole back end of my car. I didn’t notice until I got home since I got in from the front end. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t allow an Infiniti to leave the service dept that way. More

They did get the work done that was asked for. It essentially took 2 tries (said the car was done at the end of the day but it wasn’t) but did give a loaner. Express service was great - start to finish. Being immediately greeted by the concierge team is great so you’re not just sitting in your car waiting for a service technician.
