Similar to the review posted Oct 30th, 2023, I have a lot of trouble with the way the service department operates. My catalytic converter went bad. Prior to taking my car in I called to get the price. The price increased when I arrived because of labor. I was told there was only one remaining catalytic converter in the Southeast which put more pressure on me to decide (I believe the associate said it was in Greeneville and they would have to have it delivered). I found out later that the part is listed on the Infiniti website for $400 less than I was charged (not including the core charge). It feels like a bait and switch type of operation. This isn't a smart way to do business. The kicker is I drove the car back home and there is a muffler noise that wasn't there previously. It seems intermittent right now. I don't think I have the time nor patience to deal with another sales scheme. I'll likely be taking my car to a local mechanic to inspect. More
