After shopping for three months for the right car, Elizabeth was professional, knowledgeable, patient and a joy to do business with. Business Managers Derrick Rawlings and Bill Gray were refreshing and attentive. We sealed the deal. Even better, when I had a question about the car two days later, both Bill and Elizabeth got back to me within 20 minutes, at 5:10 p.m. on a Saturday no less! I was appreciative and impressed.
