We definitely will be sending our family and friends to the staff at Roswell Hyundai, and will go there first in the future. It is apparent that they have higher standards for customer service than other local dealers and it is greatly appreciated! More

Thank you for a great experience!! My wife and I were so impressed with Our sales lady we actually bought two vehicles. A new 2014 Santa Fe Sport and a certified used 2013 Sonata GLS. I enrolled in a Consumer Report Build and Buy program to buy a new Elantra, and Roswell Hyundai gave me a quote of $100 below Invoice. However, they have no stock. I got an offer that honored the original price quote and received a email confirmation. I told them I will drive to the dealership the next day (200 miles away) and went to work with my credit union for a loan. An hour later, I received a call from Roswell Hyundai. A guy who introduced himself as Jay, the new General Sales Manager told me they cannot honor the price. "Due to the high demand and increasing gas prices, the owner instructed that we cannot sell the model below MSRP." That was a difference of $600. I reasoned that I was provided the quote a week ago and even received a confirmation the very day. This is business etiquette issue and breaking an agreement. Jay said he is acting on order, and there is nothing he can do. I then called the original Sales Manager I dealt with, Russ, to remind him of the written price quote. He apologize, but said that the car is so hot, they cannot sell it at the price they quoted earlier. He offered to reduce the price by $240 from MSRP, but it was still $340 over this written "guaranteed" price. It is disappointing that an hour after providing an email price guarantee, Roswell Hyundai dishonored the quote. I did not want to do business with a dealer that does not keep its promise. More
