We brought my daughters new to her 2012 Wrangler in for a recall. From my initial call I knew Rossi was the way to go! The service department was super friendly. I have a 2012 Ram 3500 that I bought new. It has been a great truck. “Check engine” light came on the other day (which sent me into a panic). I called 4 ram dealerships in my area around Morristown. The great truck. “Check engine” light came on the other day (which sent me into a panic). I called 4 ram dealerships in my area around Morristown. The soonest they could look at my pickup was 2 weeks out. Buddy Breuer and the service staff at Roosi got me in the very next day. I’ve been buying dodge pickups since 2009. Rossi is buy far the best service department I’ve come across. They were able to diagnose the trouble, explained to me what was wrong, and how much it was going to cost to fix. Aside from the 3 day wait on the part from Michigan, Dan the tech had the new TIPM module installed the same day it arrived. Very impressed with the whole staff. I’ll be taking my new 2020 Ram 3500 there when it arrives. Glad I found Rossi !! More
