Dear Rossi "DCJR", I wanted to mention that I saw a used/trade-in, 2022 F-150 in an ad that popped up on my Laptop..... It was white in color, a crew cab and it said "LIMITED"..... It didn't take me lo used/trade-in, 2022 F-150 in an ad that popped up on my Laptop..... It was white in color, a crew cab and it said "LIMITED"..... It didn't take me long to check it out once I clicked on the Ad..... Wow, what a beautiful truck and with only a little over 10,000 miles on it..... Yes, you read that correctly. It is 'thisclosetobeingnew'. If I didn't see the Ad on my Laptop, I wouldn't have been any wiser to that it was available for sale and would have missed out on the purchase of a great vehicle. Thanx goes out to whomever placed the AD on the internet. I contacted a Friend of ours, Ken Beam, who works there, if he was working that day, since it was a Sunday. He said no, but thru him, arrangements were made for us to be able to purchase it. Since it was a Sunday afternoon and they were closed, we went over, even with sprinkles of rain, to check it out. It was nicer than the pictures in the ad. We (Ken & I) went back and forth with messaging and figures, and the VIN number so I can contact our insurance company. We had insurance on it before we picked it up. Everything fell into place perfectly and very smoothly. Our Monday afternoon appointment to pay for it and take it home went without a hitch. Ali Ismail helped with the paperwork and Ashley Housman took care of the financial part. All very professional....... Ali even added my Cell phone to the sync system..... I want to comment about the personable and friendly associates that work at Rossi. Never have we dealt with a dealership that EVERYONE was so friendly and had smiles to be shared.... Sonia Roman I started with texting Rossi dealership for a trade-in quote for my car for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I sent pictures of my trade-in via text and filled out a form online and got a quote by text f a trade-in quote for my car for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I sent pictures of my trade-in via text and filled out a form online and got a quote by text from Sandy for about $25K knowing I would get a final quote once my car was inspected by dealership auto department. I was very honest about my car as they were honest about the quote they gave me. When I got to Rossi Jeep Chrysler Ram dealership in Nj they inspected my car and gave me the quote Sandy texted me (about $25K) which I put down as my down payment. Everyone there was very nice. I was greeted by I think his name was Ralph when we walked in and the receptionist and then Sandy walked over and introduced herself and walked us to her office. Everybody had a smile on their face and said hello even the ones that had nothing to do with our sale. Sandy sold us our car. Ashley did our financing and I think Steve was his name is the one that set up my car with my phone and spent time with me to show me how to navigate through it. When my husband and I stepped outside to leave Sandy followed to thank us again for our business and told us to call anytime with questions. Ralph who greeted us at the door also came outside to thank us. Steve was already outside helping me with my car. Sandy called me the next day to make sure everything was okay and going well. I would absolutely definitely 100% come back to Rossi to purchase my next car even though it was an hour and a half away from my house and I would be driving past hundreds of other dealers. They were very honest and I never felt like I was being haggled. Thanks again Sandy, Ashley, Steve, and Ralph for making my car buying experience fun and relaxing.
