Horrible! Went in to buy a pre owned vehicle on a Saturday. Gave us the price, took it for a ride. Sat down and talked numbers. We had no trade! Our salesmen said it would have new tires on it when we picked it up on Tuesday or Wednesday. Left a large deposit with them. But was never asked to sign any papers. Come Wednesday at 2:00, no phone call to pick up. I called them. Was told our salesman was off, so we couldn't get the car that day. Not happy about that. Called back and spoke to a manager. He told me that the car could be ready by end of that day, they were finishing up a front end alignment, but no new tires! Our salesmen told us it would have new tires! Why would you do a front end alignment but not replace tires??? I made my feelings about this very clear! But still no new tires! Asked for my deposit back, and they were more then happy to refund us! Next day the car is sold to someone else. Why, because this person had a better trade that they could make even more money from. Would never ever refer anyone to this dealer!! More
