Dan Lepp is the most EV-knowledgeable rep I’ve worked with! I signed my lease last week for a 2024 Hummer EV 2x, and the experience was fantastic. My first point-of-contact sales reps, Michael Cabales and Ken Beam, were true gentlemen—kind, patient, and fun to work with. Even the finance manager stood out by not pushing unnecessary add-ons at the last minute, which is rare in this industry and often a deal-breaker elsewhere. Rossi also gave me a highly competitive trade-in value. If you’re considering a lease or purchase, I’d strongly recommend exploring a trade-in to optimize your monthly cash flow or secure a better overall price. I fully intend to return in 36 months when my lease is up, expecting the same top-tier pricing and service. After researching NJ, NY, and DE, this dealership offered the best deal, and I have no doubt they’ll do so again. Hopefully, they’ll have more color choices by then—Matte Black, Matte Green or Blue, and White seem to be the most popular among Hummer buyers. As for the one-star review below, it surprised me too. Based on my experience, it seems like a one-off situation. Like most other customers, I had a five-star experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership. More

These people do not honor their word. Rossi GMC and I came to an agreement on a vehicle they had in stock. A deposit was taken. Scheduled a day to pick up the vehicle. Four days later, sp Rossi GMC and I came to an agreement on a vehicle they had in stock. A deposit was taken. Scheduled a day to pick up the vehicle. Four days later, speaking with a manager, he stated they decided not to do the deal. This was after, in a previous conversation which he stated that there was a HUGE demand for this vehicle… the one they were holding for me. It was a cash deal. I guess their rule is, to xxxx with the agreement we have with you if someone else is here now. Rossi GMC is not a company I would recommend working with! More

Horrible! Went in to buy a pre owned vehicle on a Saturday. Gave us the price, took it for a ride. Sat down and talked numbers. We had no trade! Our salesmen s Went in to buy a pre owned vehicle on a Saturday. Gave us the price, took it for a ride. Sat down and talked numbers. We had no trade! Our salesmen said it would have new tires on it when we picked it up on Tuesday or Wednesday. Left a large deposit with them. But was never asked to sign any papers. Come Wednesday at 2:00, no phone call to pick up. I called them. Was told our salesman was off, so we couldn't get the car that day. Not happy about that. Called back and spoke to a manager. He told me that the car could be ready by end of that day, they were finishing up a front end alignment, but no new tires! Our salesmen told us it would have new tires! Why would you do a front end alignment but not replace tires??? I made my feelings about this very clear! But still no new tires! Asked for my deposit back, and they were more then happy to refund us! Next day the car is sold to someone else. Why, because this person had a better trade that they could make even more money from. Would never ever refer anyone to this dealer!! More
