The vehicle was well-cared for, and so well-priced that we actually did not feel the need to negotiate it down any further! When asked for an itemization of the costs, he gladly wrote them out for us. When he found out we had not had a chance to look at the CarFax report, he quickly printed it off and gave it to us, explaining that the dealership actually pays for the CarFaxes of all vehicles in its inventory, so anyone buying from them will walk in with a well-informed decisión in mind. It’s clear to us that RossCo seeks to sell good cars, at ethical prices, while maintaining a calm, friendly, positive environment for both customers and coworkers.
