One of the worst dealerships I have visited. The salesperson was great but the sales manager and finance person were very deceptive and dishonest. If we did finance with the dealership there would be a penalty if the loan was paid off before 3 payments were made. This is not a bank policy but is an Encore policy based on the amount of kick back they receive for financing the vehicle . More
