Sales is fine but service department was very confusing after I had called and confirmed information on my SUV service plan. Then got told they could not look at our head light due to it being after market and we have only owned the SUV 3 months and haven't changed anything on it. I didn't have a good service experience here. It took over 2 hours for a basic oil change with car wash. They had to take the car back 3 times to get it right.
